You can purchase the right to use the images on your own website and are free to use the images “forever” (on one specific URL) after full payment under condition that you use our graphic designed by-line including the hyperlink to our “legal notice and terms of use” in conjunction to every published image.  

Images must, however, not be sold, distributed or used in any other way without prior written agreement with us. We use several intelligence services to search for unauthorized use and we (360WorldGuide) will charge a one time penalty fee of US$ 400 for each image, and for each website, used without our permission. Failure to pay that penalty fee will lead to legal action according to international law and all our legal expenses, including our costs for intelligence services, will be charged.
